We use a centralised calendar and booking system which distributes live availability across all sites, bookings automatically sync with our system to prevent double bookings. This system allows us to set your property up to take instant bookings and maximise your booking potential.
Price optimisation
We monitor pricing and utilise our knowledge of peak demands to maximise the best rental returns possible. We establish minimum nights around holiday, long weekends and events to maximise returns and equally we have the foresight as to when to offer discounts for last minute or longer-term bookings.
Guest Services
We handle all guest enquiries about your property and co-ordinate all bookings, payment collection, questions, check in and check out process and departure reviews.

Our cleaners maintain and inspect your property after each guest departs to ensure that it is back up and ready for the next guest the same day.
We provide owners reports and ongoing support along including a monthly remittance advice along with nett payment direct to your bank account.
We offer ongoing support and advice as required including what to provide your guests, what works and what doesn’t. We can even arrange for styling advice and we strongly recommend professional photography to stand out in the crowd.
